AGW artist Sandy Holata Diehl makes these fused glass platters by covering real, dried leaves with glass powder and fires them in the kiln at approx 1400 degrees F for 18 hours. Then the plate is “slumped” into a ceramic mold in a second firing. These platters are functional but please, no dishwasher or microwave!

Sandy loves to experiment with different styles of glass backgrounds and leaf types.

This platter is approximately 11×11 inches and 3 inches high, weighs 1 lb. 10 oz.
